Heathers Summer Workshop
Join ACT YOUTH THEATRE for a fun and exciting week-long Heathers Workshop, inspired by the cult musical theate hit musical, Heathers.
For 14 Years and up
Learn to perform some of the well-known songs, become some of your favourite characters, and work on dance choreography based on the show.
The days will start with group games and a physical warm-up, followed by a vocal warm-up. You will then learn songs from the show developing your sense of rhythm as we delve into the bopy and rocky musical styles; you will have the opportunity to choreograph your own dance pieces as well as learn dance choreography inspired by the show ; and we will work on developing characters through various drama activities.

During our musical theatre workshop you will:
- Work on storytelling and character development
- Acting through song
- Learn songs from Heathers
- Work on vocal harmonies
- Learn dance choreography.
- Learn basic technique for singing and dancing.

There will also be a Short performance at 3:30pm on the Friday for all your family and friends.
